Job Description

*Job Summary:* We are seeking an experienced Hotel Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our Business and residential hotel. The ideal candidate will ensure exceptional guest experiences, drive revenue growth, and lead a team of staff to deliver outstanding service. *Key Responsibilities:* - Manage day‑to‑day hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food & beverage, and maintenance. - Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and RevPAR. - Supervise, train, and evaluate staff; foster a positive work environment. - Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain high satisfaction scores. - Prepare budgets, financial reports, and forecast revenue and expenses. - Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hospitality standards. *Qualifications:* - Expierience in Hospitality Management or related field (Hotel management preferred). - Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel management, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role. - Strong leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills. - Proficiency in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS). - Fluent in English, Hindi knowledge of additional languages is a plus. *What We Offer:* - Competitive salary + performance bonuses. - Professional development opportunities. - Staff accommodation and meals. - Friendly, supportive team environment.
