Job Description

The Office Assistant cum Front Desk Executive is responsible for supporting daily office operations, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene, and assisting with basic administrative and front-desk tasks to ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome visitors, offer refreshments, and inform relevant staff of their arrival.
  • Maintain cleanliness of reception area, workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
  • Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and guests.
  • Handle courier inward/outward and maintain delivery records.
  • Assist with photocopying, printing, filing, and basic admin tasks.
  • Ensure pantry supplies and office consumables are stocked and reorder when required.
  • Support front desk with answering calls and directing inquiries.
  • Assist with small errands such as depositing cheques or purchasing office items.
  • Maintain overall office hygiene and support in daily housekeeping routines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,634.08 per month
