Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Front Desk & Client Interaction

  • Welcome clients, visitors, and prospective customers with a positive and professional attitude.
  • Maintain a tidy, well-organised, and presentable front desk area at all times.
  • Handle check-ins, visitor passes, and client requests promptly.
  • Assist walk-ins with space information, tours, and enquiries when required.

Communication & Coordination

  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries; ensure timely redirection or resolution.
  • Coordinate with the operations, housekeeping, security, and admin teams for smooth centre functioning.
  • Support the Community Team in event coordination, announcements, and member engagement activities.

Administrative Support

  • Maintain daily attendance registers, visitor logs, and MIS reports.
  • Manage incoming/outgoing couriers, documents, and package deliveries.
  • Assist in managing stationery, front-office supplies, and inventory.
  • Prepare basic reports as required by management.

Customer Service & Issue Resolution

  • Address member concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
  • Assist in fostering a positive work environment for all members and guests.
  • Collect and log feedback and ensure timely follow-up.
