Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Receptionist located in New Delhi. The Front Office Receptionist will manage day-to-day reception duties, answer and direct phone calls professionally, welcome and assist visitors, and maintain a friendly and efficient office environment. The role also involves providing customer support and coordinating front office operations seamlessly.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Receptionist Duties, including managing the front office environment and coordinating administrative tasks.
• Strong Phone Etiquette and the ability to handle communication effectively via phone calls.
• Customer Service skills to assist clients, visitors, and team members with professionalism and care.
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Organizational and time management skills to ensure efficient front office operations.
• Prior experience in a receptionist or front office role is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certifications in office administration is advantageous.
