Front Office Receptionist

As a Patient Care Coordinator, your role will involve greeting and guiding patients and visitors courteously. You will be responsible for answering phone calls, responding to inquiries, and transferring calls to appropriate departments. Additionally, you will schedule patient appointments, manage the appointment calendar, and register new patients while updating records in the hospital management system. Your coordination skills will be essential as you work with doctors, nurses, billing, and administrative staff. Handling patient check-in/check-out and assisting in basic billing procedures will also be part of your daily tasks. It will be important for you to maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the front desk area to ensure a welcoming environment for patients.
