Job Overview As a Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the front office operations to ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction. This role requires a strong background in hospitality and customer service. Duties Manage front desk activities such as check-in, check-out, and guest inquiries Train, schedule, and supervise front desk staff Ensure efficient communication between departments for guest requests and services Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly Maintain accurate records and accounts of front office operations Conduct night audits and prepare daily reports Requirements Proven experience in a front office or hotel management role Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Proficiency in using hotel management software Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Bilingual proficiency is a plus Knowledge of night audit procedures is advantageous Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism Job Type: Full-time Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Commuter assistance Flexible schedule Food provided Health insurance Life insurance Schedule: Morning shift Work Location: In person
