Front Office Manager

Front Office Executive –Mindful Montessori Early Learning Center is a leading Montessori institution dedicated to providing a nurturing and engaging learning environment for young children. We are looking for a warm, organized, and professional Front Office Executive to be the welcoming face of our school.

Job Responsibilities:

Greet and assist parents, visitors, and staff with professionalism and warmth.

Manage phone calls, emails, and inquiries, ensuring timely communication.

Assist with admissions, student records, and school documentation.

Schedule appointments, tours, and meetings for prospective families.

Support teachers and administrators with clerical and organizational tasks.

Maintain office supplies, manage couriers, and oversee general office upkeep.

Coordinate school events, parent meetings, and communication.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in office administration.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and administrative software.

Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

✅ Experience in a school setting is a plus but not mandatory.
