Job Description

We are looking for a Front Office Manager to oversee daily front desk operations and ensure an excellent customer experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a welcoming environment, managing guest relations, and supporting administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a courteous and professional manner.
• Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
• Ensure smooth front office operations and maintain a professional work atmosphere.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and reports related to front office activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and security protocols.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in front office management or guest relations.
• Candidates with prior experience as airport ground staff will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with administrative tools.
• Pleasant personality with a customer-centric approach.
