Role & Responsibilities:

As a Daycare Teacher, you will:

• Provide a warm, safe, and engaging environment for toddlers and preschoolers
• Support daily routines including mealtime, rest time, hygiene, and playtime
• Communicate effectively with parents and team members
• Model gentle and respectful communication at all times
• Observe and document children’s development and behavior
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized classroom environment
• Collaborate with other educators and follow the Montessori philosophy of care

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in a daycare, preschool, or Montessori environment
• Passionate about working with young children
• Patient, calm, and able to handle multiple tasks with love
• Good communication skills (spoken and written English)
• Montessori/early childhood diploma or training preferred (but not mandatory)
