We take pride in offering personalised and best destination wedding experience to our guests. We are looking for a dynamic Front Office Manager to lead our guest relations team.

Position: Front Office Manager

As a Front Office Executive, you will be the face of the hotel, creating a warm and professional first impression for our guests. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a guest-centric attitude to ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities

· Ensure Outstanding guest service and handle all inquiries and complaints professionally. Maintain high guest satisfaction levels.

· Supervise, train, and schedule the front desk, reception. Conduct performance reviews.

· Oversee daily front office operations like check-ins, check-outs, and reservations.

· Ensure procedures comply with company standards and collaborate with other departments.

· Maximize room revenue through upselling, yield management, and optimizing occupancy.

· Prepare financial reports, assist with budgets, and control costs.

· Adjust OTA pricing in real-time based on demand, competition, and market trends.

· Implement dynamic pricing strategies to maximize RevPAR.

· Uphold Resort’s safety and security policies and respond to emergencies.

· Act as the main communication link between guests and other hotel departments.

Eligibility & Skill Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Star Hotel / Resort as Front office Manager position.
• Knowledge of Hotsoft PMS preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Pleasant, confident, and guest-friendly attitude

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
