Maintenance Electrician

Job Description

Education: MTI / ITI – Electrical / Mechanical / Plumbing Experience: 4-6 years Key Responsibilities: - Inspect, diagnose, and repair electrical faults in guest rooms, public areas, and service zones. - Carry out routine preventive maintenance as per the schedule. - Maintain lighting, wiring, circuit breakers, distribution boards, and emergency lighting systems. - Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and departments. - Operate and maintain electrical panels, pumps, motors, and generators. - Ensure compliance with all electrical safety standards and statutory regulations. - Maintain a logbook of daily activities, repairs, and replacements. - Coordinate with external vendors for major repairs or installations when required. - Valid electrical licence (where applicable). - Good understanding of HT/LT systems, UPS, DG sets, and energy conservation.
