Job Description

We re looking for warm, confident, and guest-obsessed individuals ready to bring the art of hospitality to life. You ll be the face of a boutique hill resort surrounded by coffee estates and misty mornings - welcoming guests, handling check-ins, and ensuring every stay feels effortless.

If you love connecting with people, thrive on details, and believe service is a performance - this internship will train you to run a front desk like a pro.

Customer Relationship Personal Evolution Administrative Work Responsibilities

Welcome guests with genuine warmth and assist during check-in/check-out

Coordinate with housekeeping, kitchen, and concierge to deliver seamless experiences.

Manage guest records, billing, and reservations using PMS tools.

Capture guest stories, photos, and feedback for social media and marketing.

Support in-house events, coffee tastings, or local experience sessions.

Handle guest queries, transfers, and requests with prompt communication.

Ideal Candidate

Students or recent graduates in Hotel Management or Tourism.

Excellent communication skills (English + regional language).

Passionate about hospitality, travel, and guest delight.

Basic computer literacy (MS Office / Google Suite).

Calm under pressure, punctual, and always ready to help.

Willing to stay on-site during training period (accommodation provided).
