Job Description

As a CRM Executive at Sanchu Animal Hospital, CRM will play a crucial role in fostering strong relationships with our customer and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their journey with us. the primary responsibilities will include:

Build and maintain positive customer relationships through effective communication and personalized assistance.
Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring efficient resolution.
Act as a reliable point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance as needed.
Maintain accurate records of customer information and billing in the software system.
Coordinate with internal teams, including Doctors, Groomers, Vet Assistant and housekeeping staff to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Follow up with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction with services.
Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience and exceed expectations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of CRM area by coordinating with housekeeping.
Provide excellent communication via email, calls, chat, and CRM platforms.
Coordinate customer appointments and ensure smooth functioning of the unit.
Demonstrate pet-friendly behaviour and welcoming gestures to customers.
Handle mailing, WhatsApp messages, and billing software proficiently.
Availability on weekends as needed.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and local language.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines.
