Role & responsibilities:

Operational Management: Assist the Hospital Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring the smooth functioning of all departments.

Team Leadership: Supervise staff, including veterinarians, technicians, and support personnel. Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.

Customer Service: Ensure exceptional service for clients and their pets. Address inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming atmosphere.

Staff Training: Support onboarding and training of new employees. Conduct regular training sessions to keep the team updated on best practices.

Compliance: Ensure the hospital adheres to health and safety regulations, as well as veterinary standards and protocols.
