Job Summary

The Front Office Executive is the first point of contact for visitors, residents, and callers. The role involves managing front desk operations, handling inquiries, ensuring smooth day-to-day front office functioning, and providing a professional and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist visitors, residents, and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Handle incoming calls, emails, and front desk inquiries
Maintain visitor logs, entry passes, and access control records
Coordinate with internal departments for resident/guest requests and issue resolution
Manage courier, parcel, and mail distribution
Support onboarding and check-in/check-out processes
Maintain front office records, registers, and reports
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as required
Follow company policies, safety, and security protocols

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate or equivalent qualification
Proven experience as a Front Office Executive, Receptionist, or similar role preferred
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, front desk systems)
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure

Experience

3 years of experience in front office, reception, hospitality, or customer service roles

Working Hours

Shift-based (including weekends/holidays, if applicable)
