About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and organized Administration Executive to manage the day-to-day administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated individual with excellent communication skills, strong computer proficiency, and a willingness to learn and grow with our company.Responsibilities: * Office Administration: * Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, phone calls, and physical mail). * Maintain organized filing systems (both physical and digital). * Client Communication and Support: * Provide excellent customer service to clients, both in person and over the phone/email. * Assist with client inquiries and provide accurate information about our services. * CRM Management: * Utilize and manage our CRM system to track client interactions, applications, and other relevant data. * Microsoft Office Proficiency: * Create and manage documents, spreadsheets, and presentations using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * General Administrative Support: * Support the team with various administrative tasks as needed. * Assist in the preparation of marketing materials. * Learning and Development: * Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.
