Job Description

The Front Office Executive serves as the first point of contact for visitors and clients, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role is responsible for handling front desk operations, managing calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor and employee attendance records.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
  • Handle courier services, incoming/outgoing mail, and deliveries.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
  • Assist in administrative and clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Admin, HR, Facility, etc.) for smooth office operations.
  • Support HR or Admin functions like onboarding arrangements and office events.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree (preferred in any discipline).
  • 1–3 years of experience in front office, reception, or administrative roles.
  • Experience in a corporate environment is an added advantage.
