Front Office Executive (Receptionist)

As a Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing guest queries in a timely and efficient manner, representing the needs of the team, ensuring compliance with brand standards, and being environmentally aware. You will assist the Food and Beverage management in achieving financial targets and in training and developing team members. Additionally, you will be involved in conducting annual and mid-year appraisals for team members under your supervision. Your role will include supervising Food and Beverage Outlet operations, communicating effectively with the team, delegating tasks, assisting other departments as needed, and maintaining positive working relationships. It is essential that you comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation. To excel in this position, you should have previous experience in Food and Beverage, a positive attitude, the ability to work independently or as part of a team, and a commitment to delivering high levels of customer service. Good communication skills and flexibility to adapt to various work situations are also crucial requirements. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food, health insurance, and provident fund. The work schedule may involve day shifts, evening shifts, Monday to Friday rotations, morning shifts, and weekend availability. The job location is in Tinsukia, Assam, and candidates must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work. Minimum education requirements for this role include a Bachelor's degree, and candidates should have at least 4 years of experience in front desk roles and 2 years of experience as a Front Office Executive. Proficiency in English and Hindi is required, while knowledge of Assamese is preferred. Shift availability for this position includes day shift, night shift, and overnight shift.
