Looking for a Female front office executive for our clinic at Mukkolackal, Mannanthala. The Job responsibility shall be:
1. Responsible for managing Front Desk
2.Receiving Customers & entering details in system & registers
3. Preparing patient file & attending patient enquiries.
4. Follow-up with patients for appointments and walk-in patients
5. Assistance in office accounting.
6. Assistance to overall office administration.
Candidates should be willing for flexible shifts 9.00 am to 5:30 pm
Preferred local candidates living near by Mukkolackal, Mannanthala or Out Station candidates who are willing to take up accommodation near the clinic for the ease of commutation shall be given priority. Having your own vehicle shall be an added advantage.
Must be fluent in Malayalam good communication skills are the key criteria for recruitment.
Candidates with experience in reception with accounts handling capabilities shall be given priority.
