Job Title: Front Office Executive / Receptionist

Location: Raasi Group of Companies, Bangalore

Department: Administration / Front Desk

Reports To: Office Manager / Admin Head

Job Summary:

The Front Office Executive serves as the face of the company, creating a positive first impression for clients, guests, and employees. This role involves managing reception duties, coordinating front desk activities, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations in a professional corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and vendors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer, screen, and direct phone calls to appropriate staff members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate conference room schedules.
  • Receive and distribute mail, packages, and other correspondence.
  • Maintain visitor logs and ensure adherence to office security protocols.
  • Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
  • Coordinate office supplies inventory and order replacements as required.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and internal events.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments to support daily operations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar front office or administrative role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-oriented mindset.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of corporate etiquette and basic administrative procedures.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
