Job Summary: The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing all hotel maintenance operations to ensure the property remains in optimal working condition. This includes preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvements across electrical, plumbing, and general infrastructure. The supervisor leads the maintenance team to deliver high standards of safety, functionality, and guest satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily operations of the maintenance department, ensuring all tasks are completed timely and efficiently. Conduct routine inspections of the property and equipment to identify issues and schedule preventive maintenance. Coordinate repair and maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and painting. Maintain records of inspections, maintenance schedules, and completed repairs. Assign tasks and monitor the performance of maintenance staff. Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hotel policies, and legal requirements. Work closely with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to resolve maintenance-related guest complaints. Order and maintain inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies. Respond promptly to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate emergency protocols. Train, mentor, and evaluate maintenance team members. Job Summary : The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the cleanliness, orderliness, and appearance of all guest rooms, public areas, back-of-house areas, and laundry operations. They supervise room attendants, inspect rooms, ensure adherence to standards, and manage inventory and staff scheduling. 1. Supervision & Operations Assign daily duties to housekeeping staff and monitor performance. Conduct daily briefings and communicate guest feedback, special requests, and maintenance issues. Inspect guest rooms, corridors, and public areas to ensure cleanliness and maintenance standards. Report and follow up on maintenance defects and unsafe conditions. Ensure lost and found procedures are followed. 2. Training & Team Management Assist in training new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures, safety, and hotel standards. Motivate and guide team members to achieve high-quality results and guest satisfaction. Monitor staff discipline and grooming standards. 3. Inventory & Supplies Manage housekeeping supplies, linen, and guest amenities inventory. Submit requisitions for linen, cleaning supplies, and guest room items. Ensure stock rotation and prevent wastage. 4. Guest Service Handle guest complaints or special requests professionally and promptly. Coordinate with the front office and maintenance department to meet guest needs. Ensure turndown service and special setups for VIPs or long-staying guests.
