Job Description

1. Front Desk & Guest Management

  • Independently manage the reception area with high standards of hospitality.
  • Professionally greet and guide visitors, clients, and senior stakeholders.
  • Ensure seamless visitor check-in/check-out through logbooks or digital systems.

2. Communication & Coordination

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism.
  • Coordinate between internal teams, vendors, and external stakeholders.
  • Circulate company announcements and notices promptly.

3. Office Administration

  • Oversee courier/dispatch and ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor office supplies, pantry items, and service providers.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping/security for upkeep and safety.
  • Managing the Travel Desk operations

4. Records & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of visitors, calls, and petty cash.
  • Submit weekly/monthly MIS reports on front office and admin activities.
  • Assist HR/Admin team in employee documentation and ID/access card management

5. Professionalism & Continuous Improvement

  • Maintain high standards of etiquette, confidentiality, and grooming.
  • Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency at the front desk
