Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests with a positive, friendly attitude.
  • Manage phone calls, emails, and appointments, directing inquiries to the appropriate department.
  • Maintain the office's reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Assist in administrative duties like filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Schedule meetings and coordinate appointments for staff.
  • Ensure office supplies are well-stocked and ordered when necessary.
  • Provide general support to visitors and staff as needed.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a front office or receptionist role is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic office equipment.
  • Ability to handle multitasking and work in a fast-paced environment.
