Key Responsibilities: Guest Reception: Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Communication Management: Answer, screen, and direct phone calls; handle inquiries via email and in person. Scheduling & Coordination: Manage appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings. Administrative Support: Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation. Office Management: Maintain a tidy and organized reception area; manage office supplies and inventory. Visitor Management: Maintain visitor logs and ensure compliance with security protocols. Team Collaboration: Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth office operations.
