Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Employee Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for internal employee requests related to admin or facilities.
  • Raise and track service requests (e.g., IT support, housekeeping, maintenance).
  • Ticketing & Issue Resolution

  • Log helpdesk requests using internal tools or ticketing software.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (IT, housekeeping, admin, etc.) for timely resolution.
  • Courier & Mail Handling

  • Receive and dispatch incoming and outgoing mail/couriers.
  • Maintain records of all deliveries.
  • Meeting Room & Event Coordination

  • Assist with booking and preparing meeting rooms.
  • Provide basic support for internal meetings or office events (stationery, refreshments, etc.).
  • Stationery & Office Supplies

  • Maintain inventory of front office and stationery supplies.
  • Raise requisitions and coordinate with vendors as needed.
