Job Description

S/he will be responsible for but not limited to below tasks: -

  • Visitor management:

    Welcome guests, direct them to the appropriate personnel or department, and ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
  • Communication:

    Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; respond to emails; and provide basic information to visitors and callers.
  • Administrative tasks:

    Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, maintain and organize files and records, and operate office equipment like photocopiers and printers.
  • Scheduling:

    Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Office maintenance:

    Maintain inventory of office supplies and place orders as needed.
  • Security:

    Follow safety procedures and control access to the office to maintain security.
  • Other duties:

    Perform other clerical tasks such as photocopying, faxing, and potentially basic bookkeeping or invoicing, as well as assist with document preparation.
