Job Summary:

professional and experienced Front Office Executive (Female)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage front desk operations and welcome visitors, clients, and vendors in a professional manner
  • Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and courier services
  • Maintain visitor records and office registers
  • Coordinate with site staff, engineers, vendors, and management
  • Schedule meetings, appointments, and site visits
  • Prepare and maintain office documentation, files, and records
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and basic MIS
  • Handle basic billing, invoices, and purchase coordination if required
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with suppliers
  • Ensure cleanliness and proper organization of the front office area
  • Support HR and administration-related activities
