Job Description

You are a Sales Executive with a minimum of 2 years of experience in residential real estate sales. In this role, you will report to the Sales Manager and work on a 35-floor residential project comprising 8 blocks. Your main responsibilities will include assisting walk-in customers, conducting site visits, managing leads through CRM tools, coordinating with the Sales Manager and head office for documentation, and maintaining records of inquiries and customer feedback. It is essential for you to have excellent communication skills in Telugu, Hindi, and English, as well as experience with CRM tools like Sell.Do. A positive attitude, confidence in customer interaction, and strong follow-up skills are key attributes for this role. Candidates residing near Pragathi Nagar or willing to work full-time from the project site will be preferred.
