Senior Architect

Job Description

Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Architect to join our real estate development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and coordinating architectural designs and submission drawings required for statutory approvals. This role requires a sound understanding of building bylaws, development control regulations (DCR), and local authority compliance processes. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and review submission drawing in accordance with local municipal bylaws and development control rules. Coordinate with consultants (structural, MEP, landscape) to ensure all submission requirements are met. Liaise with government authorities such as municipal corporations, development authorities, and fire departments for timely approvals and NOCs. Prepare conceptual and schematic design layouts , floor plans, sections, and elevations for residential and commercial projects. Review and revise architectural drawings to ensure accuracy and adherence to project goals and regulations. Collaborate with the project management and construction teams to align design intent with execution. Stay up to date with changes in building codes and development regulations. Maintain proper documentation and tracking of approval statuses for all assigned projects. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.Arch) with valid COA registration. 6- 12 years of experience in architectural design, preferably with a focus on real estate development. Strong knowledge of submission drawing formats , local building bylaws, fire norms, and environmental clearances. Proficiency in AutoCAD , Photoshop and MS Office. Knowledge of Revit and SketchUp is a plus. Excellent communication skills for coordination with consultants, and regulatory bodies. Preferred Attributes: Experience in multi-story residential or mixed-use developments. Familiarity with Haryana RERA documentation and compliance processes. Ability to manage multiple projects and submission timelines
