We are seeking a female front desk team member or front office executive with ethical behaviour, excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, and exemplary customer service and support.

Job duties and responsibility

Greet and welcome visitors as soon as they arrive at the office, and ensure they are promptly attended to.
Keep work station clean and tidy.
Employ tremendous phone etiquette and customer service skills when receiving incoming calls, identifying the nature of calls, routing them appropriately, or taking messages.
Maintain a courteous and professional attitude.
Practice and adhere to the “code of conduct,” philosophy, and “mission statement.”.
Backing up other office staffs as needed.
Act as a liaison between clients and management.
Receive, sort, and distribute couriers or other deliveries.

Qualification/Requirements

Female candidates with any bachelor’s degree and an age ranging from 23 to 30.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially in MS Word and MS Excel.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malayalam, English, and Hindi (optional).
Minimum 1-year-experienced candidates are preferred.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
