1. Greeting Visitors: Welcoming students, staff, and visitors, providing information about the college, and directing them to the appropriate departments or personnel.
2. Managing Communication: Handling phone calls, emails, and messages, and directing them to the relevant individuals or departments. Ensuring effective communication within the institution.
3. Administrative Support: Managing schedules, appointments, and meetings for the administrative staff or principal. Keeping track of important documents and maintaining records.
4. Student Assistance: Providing information to students about college events, admissions, courses, and policies. Assisting with any inquiries or concerns.
5. Managing Office Supplies: Keeping track of office supplies, ensuring availability, and managing requisitions.
6. Maintaining Office Environment: Ensuring that the front office area is tidy, welcoming, and well-organized.
7. Coordinating with Departments: Assisting with coordination between various departments (e.g., admissions, finance, academics) to ensure smooth functioning.
8. Event Management: Assisting with organizing and coordinating college events, meetings, and conferences.
