Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Coordinator based in Kozhikode. The Front Office Coordinator will manage daily administrative tasks, including handling receptionist duties, maintaining appointment schedules, and providing exceptional customer service. Additionally, the role involves managing phone communications with professionalism, ensuring the office operates efficiently, and creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors.

• Strong skills in Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling to maintain effective communication and organization.
• Office Administration and Receptionist Duties experience to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Exceptional Customer Service skills to create a positive and professional experience for clients and visitors.
• Proficiency in multitasking, time management, and maintaining confidentiality in a professional setting.
• A bachelor's degree, diploma, or certification in Office Administration or a related field is advantageous.
• Prior experience in a front office or administrative role, particularly within the architecture or design industry, is a plus.
