Front Office Coordinator

As a Front Office Executive at Naga TVS, you will be responsible for welcoming and assisting walk-in customers at the showroom. Your engaging and cheerful attitude will help you guide customers in understanding their two-wheeler requirements and providing them with product details confidently. You will also play a key role in explaining offers, features, and finance options to customers, ensuring a smooth customer experience by coordinating with the sales and delivery team. Basic record-keeping and follow-ups will be part of your daily tasks.
