Guest & Visitor Interaction: Greet and assist visitors, clients, or guests in a professional and friendly manner. Communication Management: Answer and direct phone calls, manage messages, and handle incoming and outgoing mail. Reservation & Appointment Handling: Manage reservations, schedule appointments, and coordinate with other departments for guest services. Administrative Support: Perform data entry, filing, and other administrative tasks to support office operations. Payment Processing: Handle payments during check-out and process receivables. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate guest records, visitor logs, and ensure all front office data is up-to-date. Workspace Maintenance: Keep the reception area clean, organized, and well-presented. Issue Resolution: Address guest concerns, resolve issues, and ensure guest satisfaction. Required Skills Customer Service: Exceptional ability to provide a positive and helpful experience for guests. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with diverse individuals. Organization & Multitasking: The ability to manage multiple tasks and demands simultaneously. Technical Proficiency: Competency in using computer systems, hotel management software, and basic office applications. Professional Demeanor: A well-groomed and professional appearance and attitude.
