Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages when necessary.
  • Handle check-in/check-out processes for guests (in hotels or service-oriented businesses).
  • Manage appointment scheduling, visitor logs, and meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain the reception area—ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
  • Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest or office requirements.
  • Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, facilities, and policies.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and security procedures (including visitor ID checks).

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Associate, or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
  • Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented approach.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
