Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls; take messages when necessary.
Handle check-in/check-out processes for guests (in hotels or service-oriented businesses).
Manage appointment scheduling, visitor logs, and meeting room bookings.
Maintain the reception area—ensuring it is tidy, presentable, and stocked with necessary materials.
Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, photocopying, and handling correspondence.
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments for guest or office requirements.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information regarding services, facilities, and policies.
Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and couriers.
Ensure adherence to company policies and security procedures (including visitor ID checks).

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree / Diploma (preferred) or equivalent qualification.
Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Associate, or similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
Pleasant personality with a customer-service-oriented approach.
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
