Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant located in Candolim. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for managing front desk operations, including welcoming guests, handling phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and assisting with administrative tasks. They will also ensure smooth communication between departments to provide exceptional guest experiences and maintain an organized, efficient front office environment.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and professional phone etiquette
Proficiency in PMS software Ezee Absolute
Basic clerical skills, including filing and data entry
Ability to communicate effectively and manage multitasking in a dynamic, guest-focused environment
Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; further education in Hospitality Management is an advantage
