The ideal candidate will bring a warm, welcoming presence and uphold the highest standards of hospitality, similar to that of an upscale UK hotel reception. This role is central to delivering an exceptional guest experience and maintaining smooth front office operations. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage room and table bookings efficiently, both online and offline Handle guest inquiries, reservations, and follow-ups with a customer-first attitude Maintain a neat, organized, and professional reception area Coordinate with housekeeping and service teams to ensure guest satisfaction Manage phone calls, emails, and guest messages with promptness and courtesy Process billing and handle basic cash and POS transactions accurately Keep records of guest preferences and feedback for continuous improvement Support administrative duties as assigned by management Requirements: Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus) Pleasant personality with a professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills Proficient in booking software, MS Office, and basic accounting systems Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Age below 40 years Ideal Candidate: Someone who understands the importance of first impressions and guest satisfaction, with a passion for hospitality and a drive to create a welcoming atmosphere akin to premium international standards.
