House keeping supervisor

Hotel Seagate is a reputed hospitality destination in Edappally, known for its comfort, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experience. We are looking for an experienced Housekeeping Supervisor to lead our housekeeping team and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and hotel etiquette. Key Responsibilities: Supervise housekeeping staff and ensure daily cleaning schedules are followed. Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house for cleanliness and maintenance issues. Train and guide housekeeping staff on proper cleaning techniques and hotel etiquette. Coordinate with the front office and maintenance departments for smooth operations. Manage housekeeping supplies and inventory. Address guest requests and resolve complaints related to housekeeping. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Requirements: 4 to 5 years of experience in housekeeping supervision in the hospitality industry. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of cleaning products, techniques, and hotel housekeeping standards. Ability to train and motivate staff. Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
