Hotel administrative executive

We are hiring a reliable and experienced Administrative Executive for our hotel in Edappally. Location: Seagate, Edappally Type: Full-Time Accommodation: Provided Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience) Responsibilities: Handle hotel-related banking tasks, including communication with banks Monitor account issues and help resolve discrepancies Draft and respond to professional emails and business messages Oversee daily hotel administrative tasks when the owner is not present Manage expense tracking, payments, and vendor follow-ups Coordinate between departments as needed Requirements: Minimum 5 years of experience in the hotel industry Strong banking and office management knowledge Good written and spoken English Trustworthy, disciplined, and well-organized Basic proficiency in MS Word/Excel or Google Docs Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT or other productivity software This is a great opportunity to work closely with the owner and grow with a reputed hotel brand.
