About the Role:

We are looking for a confident and proactive Front Office Executive with 1-5 years of experience to be the welcoming face of our organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strong and bold personality with emerging leadership skills to manage front desk operations efficiently and represent the company professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist clients, visitors, and employees with professionalism and warmth.
  • Manage front office operations including visitor registration, phone calls, emails, and appointment scheduling.
  • Support and coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily office functioning.
  • Maintain an organized and secure reception area, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Resolve visitor inquiries and concerns in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Assist in training and mentoring junior front office staff.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as record keeping, office supplies management, and correspondence.
  • Demonstrate leadership by taking initiative in improving front office procedures.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and departments for seamless communication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-5 years of experience in front office, reception, or customer service roles.
  • Strong, confident, and bold personality with excellent communication skills.
  • Basic leadership abilities and willingness to take on team coordination responsibilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic office software.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail.
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.

Preferred Qualifications:
