Job Summary:

The Guest Relations Executive will be the first point of contact for visitors and clients at our Corporate Office. This role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a customer-centric approach to ensure exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

· Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and friendly manner.

· Manage front-desk operations, including handling calls, emails, and visitor appointments.

· Ensure a comfortable and engaging experience for guests while they wait.

· Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate meetings and visitor requirements.

· Maintain the reception area’s ambiance, ensuring it is neat, organized, and aligned with the company’s brand image.

· Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and requests efficiently.

· Assist in scheduling appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.

· Maintain a log of visitor records and handle administrative support for the office.

· Support event coordination and hospitality arrangements for corporate guests.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
