Front line mangers

Key Responsibilities:

  • Looking for a

    Business development mangers

    Who create the New leads , enquiries & convert in to successful sales.
  • Will be

    person in charge

    for customers accounts for orders , delivary , price & complaints.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts .
  • Working with the plant teams for delivary on time & has to run the products at their machine
  • Building lists of sales leads and pitching to prospects to build the companys market share & client list .
  • Achievement of Strategizing effective and efficient sales target based on regional demands & set by the management.
  • Developing

    WIN-WIN

    ,mutually beneficial proposals, negotiating contract terms, and communication effectively with stakeholders.
  • Try to add the value in every product & service which will develop the Customer delight & satisfaction
  • Knowledge Ensure compliance of monitoring of JIT ( Just in time ) , OTIF ( On time in full ) with respects to the products.
  • Maintain & update the visit plan , records of customer interactions, contracts, order amendments, and delivery schedules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Post graduate /Graduate or Diploma in Engineering / Science / Commerce / Business Administration.

  • 2–6 years of experience in

    the Aluminium flat rolled marketing

    preferably in

    coils & sheets

    .
  • Proven experience as a Front line Manager & Proven track record of increasing sales and revenue; field sales experience is preferred
  • Ability to develop sales strategies and use performance KPIs, Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and leadership ability to take the team together .
  • Must be willing to travel, relocate, learn new skills and handle responsibilities even at odd hours if so needed.
