Role Description

We are seeking a Front Line Sales Manager for a full-time on-site role in West Bengal, India. The Front Line Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, conducting market analysis, and developing sales strategies. Daily tasks include training and mentoring sales staff, building and maintaining customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. The role requires effective communication and management skills to drive team performance and achieve business objectives.

Qualifications

• Sales and marketing skills, including market analysis and sales strategy development
• Leadership and team management skills, including training and mentoring sales staff
• Customer relationship management skills
• Compliance and ethical standards knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work on-site in West Bengal and manage a team in a dynamic environment
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
