Overview:
We are looking for an exceptional, highly motivated, and success-oriented Front-End Engineer with strong hands-on experience in React and React Native. The candidate should be passionate about delivering high-performance, user-centric products and work closely with Product and Design teams. This individual will collaborate with architects and other engineering teams to build and enhance our next-generation platforms across web and mobile interfaces.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain web and mobile app interfaces that thousands of customers interact with daily.
- Manage end-to-end development from the front-end perspective across platforms.
- Build reusable, modular, and performant components for React and React Native applications.
- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and maintain design consistency across devices.
- Handle data validation and integration with backend systems using best coding standards.
- Contribute to app performance optimization, including rendering efficiency and bundle size improvements.
- Collaborate with backend, QA, and DevOps teams for smooth delivery cycles.
Requirements:
- Proficient understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and CSS preprocessors (LESS/SASS).
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js and JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Working experience with React Native for mobile app development.
- Exposure to native development (Kotlin/Swift) is an added advantage.
- Good understanding of Single Page Applications (SPAs) and build tools like Webpack, Metro, or Parcel.
- Proficient in code versioning tools (e.g., Git) and CI/CD practices.
- Solid understanding of cross-platform compatibility and responsive design principles.
- Experience in performance optimization for both web and mobile applications.
- Ability to write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best development practices.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and zeal to learn new technologies and frameworks.
