Front-End Developer (Next.js) – FamilyHiveZ Location: Remote / Hybrid (Preferred: India) Experience: 2–6 years Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation: Competitive Start Date: Immediate What We’re Looking For? 2–6 years of front-end development experience with hands on experience on Next.js and React/Next.js hooks, Redux, dynamic routing, and TanStack query. Strong command of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern component-based architecture. Experience with Tailwind CSS, Material UI, or similar styling frameworks. Solid understanding of REST APIs and integration with backend services. Familiarity with Git, CI/CD workflows, and agile development practices. Experience optimizing for performance, SEO, and accessibility is a strong plus. Ability to leverage modern AI-powered development tools such as Replit, Lovable, Locofy, or Cursor to accelerate development and improve efficiency. A startup-ready mindset: adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently. What will you do? Build and optimize responsive, user-friendly UIs using Next.js, React, and Tailwind CSS. Knowledge of server-side rendering (SSR) and search engine optimization (SEO) Collaborate with backend, product, and design teams to translate user stories into highperformance front-end components. Implement dynamic features including booking flows, service selection, and account management. Ensure cross-browser compatibility, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility standards. Work closely with the design team to bring clean, intuitive UI/UX to life. Optimize performance, bundle sizes, and loading times for modern web experiences. Debug issues, write tests, and maintain code quality across all major devices and screen sizes.
