About Us: Dibasys is an Australian startup building a product—Swift Checkin—construction operations management software. Our website is https://www.swiftcheckin.com.au. About the Role: We are looking for a passionate and talented front-end developer with 1 to 3 years of experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of modern frontend technologies, hands-on experience with JavaScript frameworks such as Vue 3 or React, and a keen eye for UI/UX design. You will work closely with designers and backend developers to bring delightful and user-friendly interfaces to life. Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain responsive web applications using Vue 3, React, or similar JavaScript frameworks. Collaborate with the design team to translate UI/UX designs into interactive web interfaces. Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code, maintaining high standards. Conduct code reviews and participate in agile development cycles. Debug and troubleshoot issues across different browsers and platforms. Requirements: 1 to 3 years of experience in front-end development—Vue.js Proficient in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ES6+ Experience in TypeScript will be an add-on. Hands-on experience with Vue 3, React, or other modern JS frameworks. Good understanding of UI/UX principles and best practices. Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend with backend services. Familiarity with version control tools like Git. Ability to write responsive, mobile-friendly web interfaces. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Experience in Agile activities and Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives, will be highly valuable. (Jira) Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Tailwind CSS, Sass, or other CSS frameworks. Familiarity with Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design tools. Knowledge of state management libraries (Vuex, Pinia, Redux, etc.). Understanding of SEO, accessibility, and performance optimization Experience with unit testing and frontend testing frameworks.
