Front End Developer

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Front-End Developer with a strong background in web design. The ideal candidate will have proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, as well as experience with design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator. You will be responsible for developing visually stunning, user-friendly web interfaces while also contributing to the overall design direction and user experience of the product.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive, user-friendly web pages and applications using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
• Utilize design tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator to create and refine website designs.
• Implement and maintain design consistency across different platforms and screen sizes.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Optimize front-end performance to ensure fast load times and smooth user interactions.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in front-end development and web design.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and perform thorough testing and debugging.
• Work closely with back-end developers to integrate front-end designs with server-side logic.
• Collaborate on user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design processes to improve product usability.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript (ES6+), and modern front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Vue.js).
• Strong experience with Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design tools.
• Excellent understanding of responsive web design principles and frameworks (e.g., Bootstrap, Tailwind).
• Experience with CSS preprocessors like SASS or LESS is a plus.
• Knowledge of version control systems, preferably Git.
• Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow design guidelines.
• Must have strong grip on UI and UX.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with animation libraries (e.g., GSAP, Lottie).
• Familiarity with web accessibility (WCAG standards) and best practices.
• Previous experience working in agile teams.
• Knowledge of back-end technologies and frameworks is a plus.

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Additional certifications in web development, front-end technologies, or UI/UX design are a plus.
• A strong portfolio showcasing previous web development and design work is highly preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
