Job Description

You have 10 to 13 years of experience for the role of Senior Manager, 13 years or more for Assistant Vice President (AVP) role, and 15 years or more for Vice President (VP) role. The location for this position is in Chennai or Bangalore. Your technical stack should include proficiency in JavaScript, ReactJS framework, and native programming languages such as Swift and Kotlin. It is essential to have experience leading UI-focused teams and delivering modern front-end architecture. You should also possess a strong understanding of design principles and performance optimization. Having experience in the banking domain is mandatory for this role. As a people leader, you should have managed teams of 7 to 15 individuals and have ownership of delivery and architecture. You must have led end-to-end project teams and have proven experience in hiring, mentoring, and conducting performance reviews. Agile delivery experience is a must-have skill for this position.,
