Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and welcome visitors in a warm and professional manner. Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and provide information as needed. Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings for staff. Maintain the reception area and ensure it is tidy and welcoming. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages. Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and managing office supplies. Coordinate with other departments to support company operations. Perform other duties as assigned. Handle travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation. Assist with hotel bookings and ensure all travel-related logistics are organized. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus. Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
